Can Southampton hold on for a top four spot?

After cashing in on many of their prize assets during the summer, lots of people had Southampton down as relegation candidates going into the 2014/15 campaign. Even the most optimistic of Saints fans could not have predicted the season their side have had so far which sees them sat third in the Premier League table.

The announcement that Liverpool captain, and long-serving loyalist, Steven Gerrard was leaving the club that he had played for since 1997, was met mournfully by fans late last year.
